The volume down button on my Avantree Opera headset has become stuck and no longer clicks when I press it. How can i open the headset to fix this?

Can I use the multipoint connection in my headphones with this? I don’t mean using the multipoint connection on the dongle. I mean on my headphones so I can play and then if I get a call the headphones switch over to my phone.

You can't find so many headphones with optical connection, they only have 3.5 adiuo Jack, I have same issue, each time I need to take of the headphone 3.5 adiuo Jack wire out to be able to have tv voice for using tv without headphones and on and on again

My now resolved issue was when I upgraded my old LCD TV to a new Hisense 55U7N that I connected to an older Yamaha RX-V475 receiver. The audio signal stops when I switched streaming apps (didn't matter if it was Disney+, Hulu, RUclips, Max) and I noticed the sounds stayed on until it tried to sync with Dolby Digital (which my Yamaha receiver can handle). It didn't matter if I set my new TV to pass-through or hard set the audio to PCM or Dolby Digital...I had to toggle audio inputs from Tuner to my TV on my receiver or power off/oh. The fix for me was basic...a new 4k/8k HDMI cable but then I had to hard-set my TV to Dolby Digital vs AUTO and passthrough was OFF.

It's incredible how this product is not known. I purchased one of these 2 days ago as it was significantly cheaper option to the PS5 Pulse Explore headphones. Plugged it into the PS5, pressed the button and connected to my Samsung Buds FE. This is the best audio experience I have ever had on playstation. 10/10 product, and you really undersell it in your comment reaponses.

When I plug the microphone into the PS5 controller, there is no sound from the headset. because PS5 detects the microphone as a headset. The microphone is completely dysfunctional. The sound comes out fine through the headset without using the microphone. But I don't understand why only the audio function on the headset works. I should also be able to use the microphone on my headset.

After pairing a device you need to "lock" the device on either 1 or 2 so the Audkikast 2 will remember the device after a power cycle. And you do this by holding the button 1 or 2 for about 10 seconds or until the bluetooth light next to it flashes red and blue. This is only mentioned once in the booklet that comes with it on page 5 in English and other languages on other pages.

if you're on a laptop switch your discord audio input to the laptop's built in one, that should take the load off of the bt connection so you can have better quality audio
